First impressions were very good and my consultation was productive and helpful. I had a consultation via med insurance on a Friday and paid the excess via the telephone on the following Monday. Unfortunately, a month later I received a letter accusing me of not paying the excess and threatening me with debt collection agencies and extra charges.
