Highly recommend visiting this store. Excellent advice and service. Staff have expert knowledge, are approachable and friendly. I had been searching for the right bike for months, with very little success. In some other shops I felt intimated but the staff here (Jean-Claude) listened carefully to my needs, suggested several options with no hard sales and I came away with the perfect bike, under my budget.
This company is fantastic and I can't thank them enough for such a great service. I mistakenly returned an item worth £55 to them, however I had bought it from cycleworld. Once I realised my mistake I contacted cyclestore and they confirmed they had my item and once I gave them my details they sent it back to me and I received it within 24 hours. They didn't even charge me postage From now on they will be my first port of call for my cycling needs. What a great honest company and I wish them a successful future. Thanks Guys
