Miles went out of his way to make sure the Gorilla grips I bought were correctly set up. Super nice guy offering some great products.
Fantastic service. My CycleMiles bowl was perfect for my daily porridge until it was broken. No longer available but Miles found one in his store and less than 24 hours later, my porridge is not to hot not too cold, just right. Great to do business with, highly recommended I cannot praise them enough.
I ordered x2 Monkii bottle cage online, Miles took the time to ring me, check what my setup was and explain the product. This was really above and beyond stuff. Thank you.
Absolutely amazing service! Miles replied to my phone message stating that "Hack Wax" was currently out of stock but more was on order.
