Very rude staff that racially profiled me and refuses to serve me. I was recommended to come here by a friend with a similar bike to mine. When I came in wearing my kuffiyeh, they looked at me and said “we do not deal with low end bikes like this” which i knew was wrong since they serviced my friend’s bike of a similar make. Would not recommend or come back.
Would not borrow the bike pump for a puncture. Was asked to buy one.
Great for central London emergency inner tubes, have a good stock and helpful service, support your locals!!
Great service & technical expertise at sensible prices.
This bike shop doesn't do normal bike repairs but they were quite rude when telling me so.
