Love, love the Cyclebar! This is an awesome place to get your workout on. The facility is clean and the people are so helpful! I can't to go back back. The Gospel ride on Sundays is an awesome experience! Mark the instructor is a great teacher!
Love it here!!! The staff was so nice and helpful! They refill your water mid workout so you don't have to interrupt your class. The music was such a good selection and the bikes are very comfortable!

I used to think spinning was for girls and sissy boys. Started going bc my wife wanted to try it. It's as hard as you want to make it and I'm spent by the end. I've now lost 30lbs and 4" on my waist. It's helped me improve performance in other sports as well.
