Great Happy Hour last night everyone. Looking for suggestions for next Friday on choices. If our missed last night or the great rides this morning there are still rides for the Prince Tribute tomorrow
I was super nervous about going by myself and haven't done much spin classes except at my gym. The owner and everyone there actually was so friendly and helpful. Workout was awesome! Never experienced anything like it. Already bought some more rides will definitely be coming back.
Jackie kept us motivated throughout the class. Definitely a workout change of pace with a fun vibe!

Great ride today. They have everything set up and waiting for you. Equipment is high quality. They have water bottles, towels, shoes, secure lockers - everything you need. Also, any help you need getting the bike set up. The actual ride was a good mix and the music fit really well. Highly recommend.
Great facility! My instructor today was so great at keeping us all motivated! Fabulous equipment! Loved it and will definitely be going back!!
