This was my first spin class and cycle bar made it an amazing experience. The manager made sure I had a good seat and understood the bike. The staff made sure I had water the whole time and the trainer was absolutely awesome!

I absolutely LOVE cycle bar. I have never ever cycled before but I tried it out because I’m new to town and needed a reason to get out there and make friends. I’ve already made so many friends and I adore the sweet welcoming attitude from everyone in there. There’s no intimidation factor and everyone is rooting for you! I am addicted. the instructors are amazing and motivating, they allow you to go at your own pace while still pushing you through it. I always leave class feeling refreshed and energized
