Had a really excellent experience with these guys , the only place in the city that was able to fix my Ebike , which was throwing up error codes, and not functioning . Not only were the repairs made swiftly but the price was great , and it’s running really really well now . Extremely happy , great job !
If I could give more than five stars, I totally would! I found Ebike Freedom while searching online because my bike hadn’t been used in a while and needed some service. I went to the shop, and in about an hour, they had it all fixed up and even threw in some free mudguards. Christian reached out to let me know that the service was part of a government scheme, so it didn’t cost me anything, which was awesome! But that wasn’t the last I saw of Christian that day.
