I just had poor Brad spend over 2 hours diligently helping me ( an old moron) get my printer working with my new PC. He we above and beyond and beyond again to help me. He never got upset and kept at it no matter how difficult things got. I was unable to run my business and therefore feed my family without his help. I could not be more grateful. The website was really easy to use and it made it really easy to compare parts to see what would be best for me price and performance wise. I was sent multiple updates regarding the process of the build and it was actually built ahead of schedule and shipped super fast. I’ve had my pc for almost a month now and its everything and more that i could have wanted and i feel like i definitely got a great deal.

The experience was seamless from beginning to end... These guys get it ! Anyone can put together a computer ( although they're choices are top notch ) It's all about the client experience!... I got a 10% off discount because this was my first order from the site and it saved me about $150. Not only that, shipping from their facilities to my apartment took 4 days (including the day I placed the order). The PC was in pristine condition, and I didn’t find out until later that it actually came with a very nice and sleek keyboard and mouse! Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever had. They answered any questions I had quickly and accurately. They also keep you updated through the build process and they delivered before the estimated ship date both times I bought from them. Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience!!! My first system was trashed by the shipping company, CLX handled quickly and professionally. Unfortunately my replacement came with a dead memory stick. again, the Support team was awesome in locating the problem and getting it squared away for it to RMA'd and a new one to be sent out ASAP. Cant say enough. My Computer is the BOMB! I very much recommend this brand, and the help after purchase to get my monitors correct was amazing, you will never get that from Best Buy!
