Great service! I had to return the faulty desktop, maybe it was damaged during shipping, but the replacement process was quick! Now I have working gaming desktop with no problem.
Outstanding process, well documented along the way! Had an issue upon receiving and tech apparently was too busy to be bothered, she answered a couple questions then checked out and never responded again. Called the next day, got a person who was obviously too busy to be bothered. I fixed the issue myself, NVMe was installed in the wrong slot on the motherboard. Gave me a bad taste for first experience with tech support… Other than this, I love the machine and the build folks were top notch! I’d still recommend though. Great... read more
arrived safely packed, nothing wrong at all, beautiful machine all around
Love the machine. Took awhile to get it and when I got it, FedX had left the crate with the computer in it outside in the pouring rain. Have had a few issue's getting it set up. Other than that, I like it.
The entire process from building, placing the order, tracking and receiving the computer was great!
Very happy with my pc. Been wanting one for gaming for years now
Great build for price and financing options were available making it easier to own a great pc
So far so good, just unboxed and got going. Only complaint so far is loudness of the system. Seems fan speed was set to max. Otherwise loving it.
