Great experience overall! My pc came exactly as ordered! Quickly and in tact. If I plan on upgrading my pc or getting another, it’ll definitely be from CLX. The customization system they have is perfection!

I am beyond satisfied with my experience as a customer. The product is top notch (I've never owned my own PC before and now I don't know how I ever managed just living off a laptop before) and I even had issues with the delivery service they used to the point where I had to ask them for a refund of my shipping costs. The rep I spoke with was beyond happy to assist me with my issue and immediately helped me submit a request for refund of my shipping costs. Excellent system with more power and speed than I really need--now I'm spoiled and can't stand using the 'slower' laptops at work. The customer service is just as fast and helpful. After I ordered my system I received daily updates on the build with plenty of photos. I thought it was a little strange at first--I'm not used to such superlative service. My system arrived on Saturday 7.29.23 and was in good condition no problem in packaging and after inspecting for no damage and the like, I proceeded to hook it all up after removing all package material and reading the information given to me and checking over the contents was all good, hooked up machine booted up and did first steps install and all up to date runs great super fast 4090 card is a beast of a card. Loved building the PC online, made it to where I got the style and speed I wanted with out the hassle of building it myself. Customer service was amazing and the fact that they send all QA papers to you through their website is awesome. Never seen another company do that before, really makes it to where you know you can trust them with building your PC.
