great company the sales people are great wish all companies cared like the clx team.
I am very pleased with the construction of the PC that I customized and purchased. It shipped 3 days earlier than expected, however, they forgot to include my PC's power cord and didn't pre-install Valorant as I asked. Customer service however was very kind and instantly requested the cord for overnight shipping to remedy the issue. They also require a signature for all deliveries which I missed the first time for both the PC and cord, delaying my ability to play on it for a week after receiving it. Talked to chase( Who was incredibly helpful and deserves a raise) however, we were unable to solve issue over the phone so the company paid for return and replacement of product. All within one to two hours on the phone, did not talk months or weeks to get in touch or resolve issue
Great experience. The Gaming PC was delivered two days earlier than anticipated, not issues, great documentation, the system works as expected, all components as purchased. I greatly recommend CLX!
