Great customer service is priceless. I loved the whole process of having my pc built by clx. I was kept, in-the-know, every step of the way. There was a small, accidental hiccup with my order and clx went above and beyond to correct the issue. Clx has earned a lifetime customer.
I bought my system a year ago and i love it. had a few problems but clx resolve them very quickly and with superior customer service. i cant say enough about how awesome my experience with this company. i will be ordering a new system here in a few months and look forward to anotehr great experience.
Amazing customer service, love the updates throughout the process of the pc being put together and tested, then being shipped. Will definitely be ordering again in the future
Horrible communication through out the process. PC arrived bricked and had to return it. They choose to send it back as slow as they could. I was told a new one would be built and sent out as soon as the original one was returned. PC took 1 full week to get back to CLX and when “new” one arrived, it wasn’t new; it was the same one but it was fixed. Bought my desktop from CLX directly. Set up was easy, install process didn't take hours, easy login to my account and it was a breeze. So far this system is smooth and super quiet. I love the fun colors and the chassis I chose. Packaging was sturdy and besides the one fan blade in the back coming off...due to Fedex manhandling things like loonies, I was pleased I could easy take the glass off and affix the fan back to it's spoke. I cannot wait to game on this PC!

From start to finish, the whole process of ordering my computer was fluid and smooth. Picking the parts was very easy, and the displayed cost of the computer allowed me to take my budget into account while selecting parts. CAme in a heavy , sturdy wood create at around 100 pounds! Other than getting it in the house set up easy. Runs like a dream and looks sweet. My son is now going to purchase one...hes so jealous!!!!!!
