I had a great experience with customer service and the shipping was fast and on time they had an issue when I had purchased the website had list of pcs in stock but there inventory was not there they contacted me right away about the error in the system and where right on top of it and got my pc built and ready to ship so far I haven't had any major issues as far as overload but seems to run in performance is like 80% when using 2 monitors in watching YouTube and playing a game seems to take all my graphics card usage but st... read more

First of all, the building mechanism on the website is SOOO easy to navigate and very helpful. The PC came beautifully packaged and safe. This made it so much easier to get my custom build without having to find time to put it all together myself. I've been using this system for about a month now and I am utterly speechless. Everything runs wonderfully and not a single issue so far.

I designed what I wanted. They built it and shipped it to me. The PC was packaged well. I unpacked everything and fired it up. had to do several updates but I was up and running in no time. I absolutely love my new Gaming PC it is lightning Fast and very pleasing to look at. The builders are true professionals. Thank You

Once you’ve customized your order, the order will no longer show you the itemized list of parts you selected for your order. So if you didn't take screenshots throughout the process, it’s impossible to find the full details of your order. If you are unsatisfied with any parts of the order and attempt to contact customer service to initiate any kind of return process, they simply ignore your communications. Likely to wait out the return period.

I never write reviews. This is one of the only times I likely will. I really enjoyed being updated on the process the whole time. The team updated me ASAP to suggest other parts that would make my PC better as well during the building of the computer. The site was easy to use, the tracker was fantastic, the team worked fast and it arrived nicely protected with plenty of foam inserts and in a sturdy crate no less. I just received it, but it is currently working like a dream and I am very happy. Thank you, CLX!
