Listen I love my machine. It's lovely and very very fast. The only complaint I had was that the FedEx driver when delivering the machine, left it outside in the pouring rain. Kudo's to CLX who ships their computers in a wooden vault almost. It protected it.
I simply cannot say enough great things about my experience with CLX. At every stage of build/test/ship, the team kept me informed and up to date. They also were kind enough to ship my RTX 4090 in its original packaging to prevent it from being damaged in transit. The whole custom rig arrived EARLY, and setting it up took ten minutes tops. Would recommend CLX to any gamer without hesitation.

So far, I am very impressed with the machine. It did not come with the free add-on games I requested be installed, other then that it is working like a champ. It runs nice and fast though a little slower on boot up time then I expected but once it is logged in and running, it screams. Communication from order to delivery was amazing, they kept me abreast of changes (They expected it might be a day late) and actually delivered on time. 4.5 stars only because the freebee games requested were not installed.
I purchased a custom gaming PC with open looped cooling from this company recently and the customer service I received was some of the best. Kevin provided constant communication, upgrades to other parts that were better for free due to complications during build. Even after I received my PC I had follow up questions which were answered promptly. Just from the customer service I experience I would purchase any future PCs from Cybertron.
Great setup for gaming for the price, and got fairly quick.
