Horrendous receptionist wouldn’t even allow my 2 year old with Croup an appointment. Not living in the area and visiting family, she kept stating that we need to go to the surgery his family are registered at. Despite the numerous explanations that they are registered at multiple - she refused to give him an appointment. Other surgery confirmed this is not an issue. No help.
Since joining this surgery 18 months ago I have found it to be the best organised surgery by far. All reception staff are always friendly, the system they have is very organised and easy. I would like to mention one lady i particular by the name of Diane (Scottish lady) who whenever I get answered by her she is ALWAYS very helpful, polite and goes the extra mile for me.When I had run out of one of my medications after having major surgery I rang the surgery all of a panick as this medication was needed, Diane sorted it with ... read more
90 year old grandmother waited all day for a house visit which was arranged in the morning. My mother then rang the surgery to ask where the doctor was, to be told they weren’t coming.
