Unfortunately can't go lower than one otherwise I would! Please do not use this company as they are unreliable and have poor customer service. Quite happy to tell the sender that it is out for delivery and then call the customer to see how urgent its needed? Trying to play people off without realising that they are in touch with each other. Urgent delivery required and was sat with then for 48 hours, wouldn't have been delivered without chasing. They did offer for me to come and pick up, no mention of being paid to do this, ... read more

This transport company is a joke, the staff on the phone clearly don’t like a job that involves interacting with customers, because they are very rude and unhelpful. I would avoid this company at all costs as they have lied to me about a vehicle having a accident, when in reality it was down to their poor route planning and general incompetence, they also lied about it being delivered in the morning, turns out it doesn’t arrive at all within their window stated and not even on the day they say, then they turn up at the wrong... read more
