Lovely staff always polite very helpful
phone for an appointment they try and send you to a pharmacy when they full well know a pharmacy can’t give you anything for your condition so you can’t have a gp appointment waste of time find a better surgery
Terrible service needed an appointment for about 2 weeks now, told to go pharmacy been pharmacy twice then the pharmacy worker had said get a gp appointment told to call in at 8.00am then I ring in at 8.00am no appointment left told when you get an answer. The service is terrible if your thinking of registering with this surgery and have any health issues find a different gp you won’t get an appointment here.
I've never had an issue getting an appointment. Some of the doctors can be hit or miss on being helpful. But all in all, I've had mostly pleasant experiences. They are doing the best they can.
