Great sports therapy and sports massage - highly recommend ☺️ Charlie has been helping me on and off with a running injury. He has been so helpful in getting me up and running again, and I feel like I now have a great toolkit of exercises to help with injury prevention going forward. I love that he is a “one stop shop” for both sports therapy and massage - it’s definitely helped with my recovery and I will definitely be coming back for sports massages in the future! Thanks Charlie!
Excellent physical therapy. Charlie understood exactly what I needed in terms of support for a very battered old body, which enables me to stay as active as I want and keep training hard. The additional stretching and training plans he provides have been excellent and his knowledge around the body is first class. He's always there for advice and support when needed. I highly recommend him.
