I suffered a shoulder injury 8 months ago and desperately needed an Osteopath. Finding anyone local in Biggleswade was challenging; thankful Charley at CW was able to see me that the same day. She has since sorted out my shoulder… and back… and neck! Then this morning my 4yo twisted his neck. With Matthew on board, and child certified, they saw us immediately. I genuinely couldn’t recommend CW Osteopathy enough. After a visit to hospital and being told I had sciatica I booked an appointment with Charley about a week later. Her extensive knowledge recognised that my condition was much worse than that and she sent me to back to hospital immediately with a referral letter requesting urgent imaging. Within 12 hours of me going through the doors of A&E I was being wheeled into theatre for a discectomy and nerve decompression for CES. Never been to an Osteopath before and Charley was incredobly polite and welcoming on arrival. She then spent a lot of time asking questions to build a picture of what may be causing the issue with my shoulder. She explains things and makes it easy to understand. She made me feel comfortable and was always advising what she was doing and why and what it might feel like etc. Have mext appointment on Tuesday and it cannot come soon enought. Spot on! Literally! First time customer of Charleys. She fitted me in at short notice after an incident that caused me so much lower back pain, that I couldn't walk properly. She was very welcoming and recommended a 1 hour session to assess me and give treatment. Within 10 minutes she found the problem and got to work. I walked in shuffling, bent over and in agony but walked out straight and feeling 10 times better, with good solid advice. I have further appointments booked in with her next week and onwards.
