Very very poor, received a letter from this company to which I responded by telephone the same day and email the following day. Had no response or call back. No communication, Would not recommend
Horrific. Do not even consider this firm as you will be given inadequate service. They do not even respond to complaints appropriately. Anyone with a bad experience should report to the Legal Ombudsman and SRA so they can take action and suspend this firms (and particularly Trevor Carroll’s) license to practice.
Very friendly professional service Judith the receptionist is lovely
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. They were dealing with my Husbands will and even through the most stressful time I had to continuously contact them for an update. Incredibly slow and promises of dealing with things quickly turned in to over 2 years of phone calls and visits to try and sort things out. Worst Solicitors I have ever dealt with. Avoid at any cost.
