Dealing with this business owner is like dealing with someone who does not care about his business. He is rude, talks down to you and treats you like you owe h8m $****. I honestly cannot believe he is still in business I would give him a zero rating if it allowed me
I've had a business relationship with Mr. **** since 2003. His work with my lawn was excellent. His personality was blunt, plain spoken with an air of superiority. I tolerated it because he did a good job. I orally contracted with him to spray my lawn and flower beds in the summer for nutsedge. Results were very minimal at best. In July, 2017, I sprayed a couple of areas with a weed and grass killer, achieving a good kill (probably temporary). Mr. ******** has been a customer for a while. The problem weed in his landscape beds is Nutsedge - It Has been a problem long before he became a customer. I explained to Mr. ******** many times over numerous years that we would not get rid of this weed but only control it. When I arrived July of 2017 - to provide the agreed service to spray Nutsedge in his Landscape beds - Mr. ******** had already sprayed with a concoction of his own - killing a lot more than just the weeds.
