expensive but does the basic job
I ordered a pair of insoles recently. The foam mold arrived quickly and the turnaround in receiving the built insoles was speedy efficient. However, I found the insoles uncomfortable and the contours built into the soles did not meet my needs and in fact created a jarring at the knee. I raised this with the makers in order to seek a refund to no avail. They did, however, offer to sort things out but I decided not to take up this option. I do understand it's not possible for the insoles to be used again so my loss.

the bespoke insoles are different, their strong and don't bend or collapse underfoot which might be the key in keeping the foot position where it needs to be, snug fit also, so, so far so good. Also Gary has been really helpful, knowledgeable and patient with his time on the phone which is very much appreciated.
