Custom Conservatories & Windows fitted a new glass roof and side windows on my conservatory in 2017. Total lack of professionalism shown by this Company,recommended by Equinox Roofing.The representative was we saw turned up on time on the date we arranged.He sounded very convincing.He looked at our glass current conservatory roofing and forwarded a competitive quote within 24 hours.We were happy with the quote and instructed the Company to proceed with the roof system.We advised the Company of our holidays in April.Then it all went quiet.I sent 2 E-mails to companies e-mail address and there was no response. Our porch was first built in 2008 and because of issues not related to County Conservatories & Windows we had it removed and rebuilt in November of 2023. Mike and his son Ash built it anew and it is again our wonderful porch. This time with a fantastic roof and vastly different doors. It’s simply superb. They were meticulous in every detail, brilliant. Thank you Ash and Mike.
Absolutely fabulous job. Very friendly family company. Explained and clarified all parts of the process. Excellent job for reasonable price.
