My mom had carers attending her home for 3 years 4 times a day. She had a very good relationship with them and enjoyed their company. They were fantastic people, gave her the highest level of personal care but they wasn’t very clean. However, the most disappointing part is that sadly my mom passed away and apart from me calling the office and speaking to Karen (Wolverhampton), I’ve had no contact at all from them. My relative needed support at home, and thanks to Custom Care, she was able to stay at home with the support of the wonderful care staff at this agency. Having different carers come into your home can be extremely unsettling, but thankfully, she kept the same carer's throughout, making life so much easier for her. Just occasionally, she would have the odd different carer, but this was rare. The staff acted professionally and promptly when she became poorly. I had interview with them and they cleared it with me before setting up interview that I don’t have driving licences. At the time of interview, they called me and said sorry we don’t have any vacancy now. They have wasted my time I spent on searching about care home and then I even cancelled my important plans. The worst experience I have ever had. I’ll advice everyone not to go for them.
