Waiting to get in to the car parking for over 20mins, no reception, my dad just went in and sat down, hoping someone will call him, no reception, anyone can walk in and sit down. They definitely need to put someone in reception and they need someone to open the barriers when you call the intercom.
Trying to get through and contacting this company is impossible. Contact number provided from my GP and I have been trying to contact them since 8:20am it's now 13:10pm. Absolutely unbelieve
Shambles is the best way to describe this service. Or better yet like a carry on film. Unprofessional and late nobody on reception. The area where the scan is conducted is outdated and tatty and the screen that is meant to protect your modesty is held up with what looked like washing line!! To top it off they send your results to the wrong surgery!!
Can I just thank Sabah and Mool Chand for making me feel comfortable during my visit today.... obviously feeling nervous on arrival I felt at ease for the whole duration of my visit. I arrived feeling the world was on my shoulder and left feeling like a new man 20 years younger.... thank you Sabah and Mool x
