Our barbeque is cooked low and slow. The baby-back ribs are very tender and flavorable, coming off the bone cleanly and easily. The pulled pork has a richness that is punctuated by the oak and hickory smoke. Grilled chicken, smoked hot italian sausage and boneless ribs are all very popular. Just put off by the lack of team work. There was a new employee and no one was assisting when needed. Made it an uncomfortable situation.
We loved the pulled pork, brisket, and tasty pizza. Curt's restuarant is a gem.
We come our old home town about every other summer. We can't leave until we hit Curt's at least two times. So yummy! �
Finished up a youth wrestling tourney at Lock Haven University and we were hungry!!! We had a delicious lunch!!! My son and I ate some wings, gravy fries, hot sausage and pulled pork. Wings were baked and finished in the fryer nicely. Hot sausage was actually hot with great flavor. Pulled pork was also yummy. It was on target and what you would expect. My son scarfed up the gravy fries so I guess they were good too :-)
My highest possible recommendation! Great food, and cool staff. Just tonight I was in the MH location and they were having trouble with their card machine. Pit Master John handled the situation and made sure my order was taken care of no matter what.....thank you!
