Our barbeque is cooked low and slow. The baby-back ribs are very tender and flavorable, coming off the bone cleanly and easily. The pulled pork has a richness that is punctuated by the oak and hickory smoke. Grilled chicken, smoked hot italian sausage and boneless ribs are all very popular. A must stop when driving to the mid west. Lucky us on my husband's way from from Iowa he stopped at Curt's so we're having the best Q in PA and probably the east coast tonight for dinner. Don't be put off by locale or building, this is the real thing.
