Misleading Price Match Policy I was interested in using this storage company because they advertised a price match with nearby competitors. However, after reaching out, I was told they only match prices within 3 miles — something that wasn’t mentioned upfront. This feels misleading. If you’re going to promote a price match, it should be clear what the conditions are. Limiting it to 3 miles defeats the purpose for many customers. Disappointing experience.

Sue, Fatima and Randeep are friendly, accommodating and professional - they were flexible and accommodating for my all my moves and even made me a cup of tea on a freezing move day. They made the experience feel personalised. The facilities are spotless, superbly maintained and secure. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Randeep, Susan and Fatima are a credit to Currie Self Storage Twickenham. Moved my furniture out from two large units recently and it all went so smoothly. The removal company also said that they were a pleasure to deal with. Queries are answered promptly and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
