I am extremely disappointed with the transaction I made at your branch. I exchanged 300 USD and received only 151 GBP, which is an unacceptably abusive rate and clearly misleading to customers. The rate applied is nowhere near the market rate, and the additional fees make the transaction look scam-like. No clear explanation was given to justify such a massive difference. Ce change vous vole et n’en a meme pas honte. Nous sommes venus à 12h d’intervalle et nous avons un taux de taxe de service à 3% le soir, et presque 15% le lendemain. La personne au guichet vous annonce clairement que ça dépend de toute façon de la personne qui vous reçoit . C’est une honte !!!!
SCAM ! ARNAQUE SURTOUT SHANTHOS ! FUIR ABSOLUEMENT . TAUX DIVISER PAR DEUX Prix exhorbitant ! Ils arnaquent ! On lui a demandé avec nos billets combien étaient le taux il a pris et a pas voulu nous rendre l’argent . Il nous a imposé des livres sterling alors que la somme était divisé par deux avec son taux . Alors que nous lui avons explicitement dit qu’on acceptait pas, et que de base on voulait juste lui demander le taux.
Same here. Really I should have read these reviews beforehand because I experienced exactly the same thing! So they basically agreed to my requested rate and they didn’t talk about 15% commission so it ended up being such an insane rate. ほんまに詐欺。返金しろって後で気づいて言いに来たけど返金できないの一点張り。They gave me 78GBP for my 20000JPY, excuse me? What a scam. They just told me to email the customer service to get the refund request, which I never got a reply.
If I could I would give less than 1 star. I was silly enough to not to check beforehand. DON’T EXCHANGE MONEY THERE
