Scam exchange, avoid at all costs. I changed €480 here and they gave me £284 because of a ridiculous hidden rate (1.4205) and nearly 15% service fees. Nothing was clearly shown, nothing was explained, and when I realised what happened they pointed at a tiny “no refunds” sign. This place preys on tourists with misleading rates and unfair charges. If you value your money, go to the Post Office or ANYWHERE else. I’m reporting this to Trading Standards and FCA. Do NOT trust this place
this place is a scam - they sold me a power bank that stopped working in 5 mins and refused to refund. all their products are fake. will be reporting.
