I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at ChangeGroup – 12 Oxford Street. I exchanged USD 1,100 and received GBP 553. If I could give no stars I would. This place is a big scam. I was told to look at a piece of paper quickly but the transaction was done before I could answer. I asked why the service change was so high. She said it’s their policy. This was over a quarter of the money I got back after changing euros back. I would have received double the amount from my local currency exchange. Never making that mistake again!
