Avoid this exchange office! They didn’t show the rates upfront and tried to shortchange me by £150. Only after insisting did they give a bit more. They try to scam you by keeping you busy reading the rates while they start exchanging the money without consent, and then tell you they don’t offer refund. keep your money and think twice before using them.
Pure scam. Girl told that people around can grab all money and phone from hands and I should hide it, so I didn’t check the amount of money she gave to me. At home I’ve found £800 instead of £1200!!! I’ve never expect someone could fool you in money exchange centre. Be careful.

Horrible service! Their Western Union service never works here! I have called Western Union and said there was nothing wrong! Same with the other Change ATM… not worth..
ABSOLUTE CROOKS - handed over an amount of money (Euros) to be exchanged, they counted it and began the process, then began counting an amount of Pounds to be paid out, laying the cash in the tray and only THEN announcing the total. Hearing this total and asking to see the receipt, I immediately said, 'That's too little, sorry, I do not accept this' to which they said it was already too late, refused to return the original Euros, and said I could email some contact address to pursue it if I would like to.
