Avoid at all costs. Was scammed. Naively handed my cash and found it weird they told me no refunds and pointed me to their weird rate charge. There was a fine print of 15% service fee which they conveniently left out. Extremely dishonest business.

Anupama collected my money and even though i kept asking her what the value was, she refused to respond, quickly printed the receipt and handed me an abysmal value making me lose over £200. When I challenged her about it, she kept saying there was nothing she could do and refused to return my money. This place is a scam and should be shut down. They prey on unsuspecting customers. Give you no information and transact in a speedy manner before you can ask too many questions. Please avoid at all cost!!!

Terrible scammers. Upon the outrageous rate they still add their 15% commission fee. They also cannot refund you your money and no discussion was made prior

Not recommended at all! I went to exchange money, and the staff member asked me to hand over the cash first so she could “calculate” the rate. Once she told me the price and I didn’t like it, I politely said I’d rather not continue — but she said I couldn’t take my money back Also, the fees were expensive In my opinion, they should clearly tell you the exchange rate before taking your money, and only proceed if you agree.
