From our initial enquiry, the customer service from Alex and Charlie has been fantastic. The ordering process was easy, affordable, and resulted in high-quality products. I got in touch last minute for a potential project with my work and Lee was an absolute gem. Swift in response, incredibly organized and easy to navigate quote, beautiful mock-up of exactly what we were looking for, and most of all, the most personable and friendly communication. While we sadly were unable to proceed with the order (due to reasons on our end, nothing to do with them!), we will most certainly be contacting them again for any deboss needs!
