I don’t care if Dr. Vu is the best ophthalmologist in the world. There is NO excuse for an 1-2 hour wait EVERY time I go, despite having an appt.
I came to this group for a second opinion on a retinal issue I am experiencing. I had already seen a highly-rated retinologist the week before, who had been so dismissive about my condition that I didn’t feel secure with the information he provided.
