If there was an example of landlords becoming too involved in the happenings of a student house, this would be it. Very rude and took ages to respond on issues - would not recommend.

horrible experience, avoid, staff very arrogant & dismissive, house messy when moved in and we were blamed, staff were horrendous , very bad attitudes,
avoid, the staff were rude to me and my parents, its a family run business and they are not bothered who they upset,
I stayed with Cunningham Lettings in my final year of university and had a great experience. The team were friendly and quick to sort out any issues we had. I would highly recommend Cunningham Lettings to anyone looking to rent in Nottingham! :)
