My experience was a good one. I arrived at 9:45AM and finished the paperwork they had emailed me. At 10AM exactly, I was called in for my appointment. First to the X-Ray room where they did a panorama X-Ray of my teeth and individual X-Rays of my teeth. After this was done I was moved to an exam room where the Dentist check my teeth and the X-Rays. Personable and knowledgeable – I made an appointment for my husband (who is my third child and VERY difficult to drag to annual check-ups) and of course he was a no-show to his first appointment. Managing a healthcare office myself, I know how frustrating it can be when you schedule an appointment for someone and they don't show-especially without 24 hour notice. All of your staff is efficient – All of your staff is so efficient that I enjoyed observing. They were giving information from patient's charts simultaneously answering phones, etc. Never missing a beat. Your office could do a documentary on "How To: At A Doctors Front Desk". Of course one gets the feeling that the dentists therefore must be no less than perfect. That too I have experienced.

IT WAS A LONG TIME FOR ME, SINCE THE LAST TIME I'VE BEEN AT THE DENTIST, MY COUSIN TOLD ME THAT THEY PUT YOU TO SLEEP, SO THAT KIND OF EASED MY FEARS. I DECIDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND WHEN I SHOWED UP. EVERYBODY WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND IT WAS NOT LONG BEFORE THEY CALLED MY NAME, AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE room THE DOCTOR EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS GOING TO DO IN DETAIL SO THAT WAS GREAT!
