We rented a duplex from PPM and had a good overall experience. We had a water heater go out over the weekend which could be terrible with two kids, but shortly after I called their center they had someone out to look at it and they got a plumber over there that same day and got it replaced for us. I've always had good experiences with the staff and we needed up leasing from them for a couple of years before buying a home.
