Kenneth is always the very best! Communication, scheduling, efficient, polite, clean personally as well as work area, knowledgeable and friendly. He is also very good with household pets. He makes recommendations for work that needs to be done or needs he sees that he feels would be helpful to the homeowner in the long run to avoid further problems. If he doesn't have the answer he gets it. We never have any unanswered questions when he leaves & know we can call him anytime we have a plumbing problem.
I was most pleased with Vincent Prado who arrived right on time & was very informative & helped me understand my issues so I'll be able to make decisions. This nice young man was very polite, experienced & qualified so I would definitely ask for him next issue that comes up . Thank you. Diane
Excellent service by Bryan. He explained clearly what he was going to do and then provided testing information when completed. Highly recommend Cummings for any HVAC or plumbing service you might need.
It took a couple of trips to get the job completed.. but William was great and very responsive.. very professional in appearance and the quality of his work was excellent.. Will be calling Cummings again the next time I need something done..
Gilbert was the lead plumber on our total home replumb and did a terrific job. He worked with us to minimize the holes cut and let us have input in where the holes were placed. Then the plaster people took over and did a fabulous job patching the holes. We would recommend Cummings for your plumbing work.
Came quickly, fixed heat, was pleasant. Expensive.
Our water usage has been increasing for the last 4-5 months so I called the Water Dept. The first thing suggested was o put dye in the toilet tanks and see if there is leakage. We did so and there was. Cummings had done very satisfactory work for us in the past and they quickly responded to replace the flush valves in two toilets. While here, and in further checking, they determined that the meter had a slow turn indicating a leak inner system somewhere. Danny was very professional and polite. He appeared on time and quickly found the problem. He repaired it and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call again if I need plumbing services!
