Contacted the Company Tuesday and they were here at Nippon Motor Service, first thing Wednesday morning. The two gentlemen replaced our water heater in a very timely manner, no mess, AND were polite and neat-- very pleased with the experience. Will recommend Cummings every time.👍

The company refused to give me an itemized bill showing the amount charged for coming to the house for my repair. This means my insurance cannot reimburse me for that amount. In addition Adan was very pushy despite my repeatedly telling him I was soliciting multiple bids. Their invoice was also insulting calling the repair “The band aid approach”. Why would I have them repiping my house with that treatment?
Cummings Plumbing is just the best. On time, professional, knowledgeable. Plumbing concerns and solutions are handled perfectly every time! I have had Cummings Plumbing as my plumbing, heating and cooling company exclusively since 1985 and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Cummings. Jason is especially great, he has had plenty of experience to help with any plumbing, heating and cooling concerns. Call Cummings, you won't be disappointed.
Cummings was responsive to my request for whole house plumbing and septic system. For some reason they decided not provide an estimate for the plumbing work, only the septic. Their estimate arrived quickly, within 24 hrs. We decided on another contractor because Cummings was about 20% higher.
