RecommendedOn day one, our regular technician, Jordan, met the installers at our home to walk them through the project. These gentlemen were the utmost professionals. Installing a 5 ton HVAC system on the roof of a 67 year old home was not a quick job. They removed and hauled away the old equipment. The service tech not very nice my wife said, she said he talk down to her like she was a child. And I asked for a specific estimate to replace 60 foot of water line in my backyard, and he provided an estimate to replumb my whole house.
