Cummings came out to the house within 24 hours in response to a broken pipe, Jake was efficient and friendly giving an estimate. I was relieved that Cummings immediately put temporary piping above ground to allow us to use water until permanent repair could be accomplished.
Kenneth M. recently installed two new toilets for us. He did an outstanding job, both in terms of the actual work he provided and in the explanation he gave my husband. After Kenneth installed the first one, we were so impressed that we had him install the same model in our other bathroom. His work is clean, quick and professional. We are very pleased.
Rene arrived at 2p for a 2-4 open window which is appreciated. Quickly assessed my situation. Not good news but not his fault!!!

Vince, our plumber, is very knowledgable about plumbing problems, what to do about them, and effectively informs the client what the problem is along with his suggested repair. if something does not go the way he thinks it should, he makes it right.
