Brian performed our scheduled fall heating service on Saturday, November 11. We were very impressed. He was quite familiar with all technical details and measurements and he explained them all throughally. Additionallly , besides being very technically qualified he was extremely polite. He once more demonstrated to us how happy we are with Cummings.
William was friendly and efficient. He arrived promptly and had my kitchen sink unplugged in no time. This was the first time I have had a plumbing problem. I have Cummings Plumbing and Heating do my annual A/C check up. So if it is plumbing or air conditioning problems, I would prefer not to, I will be calling Cummings Plumbing and Heating.
Called Cummings because my a/c was not working, they came out on the same day and fixed the problem. the technician was very helpful and kind. Will be using them in the future.
Cummings handles all of my plumbing and HVAC needs, fantastic workmanship and competitive pricing! ���

I had Cummings plumbing come out to clean my dryer vent because it was not working. Michael did a great job he was very clean and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to others!
My name is Merry Charters, I am not a satisfied customer and I haven't decided yet what to do about it. Cummings even called me to see if I was happy with their work, when I explained everything that had happen she seemed surprised and concerned, she said she would have a supervisor call me ( that never happened ) . I believe they know they did me wrong and don't want to take responsibility.
