The technician arrived promptly to give an estimate, and job was done the next day! Our leaky toilet was repaired in a very short time. I did have some trouble communicating, but that was partly due to my hearing impairment.
This company is a total rip-off. They charged $505 to replace 2 water stop valves under the kitchen sink. Original request for statement did not come till we requested a statement by phone, and when we told them the cost was excessive they said they would give us a 5% senior discount. Stay far away from this company. We will never use Cummings Plumbing again .
The plumbing service was great. The customer service from the office poor.
We just had a water heater and house water turnoff valve replaced by ******* O. **** was very personable and professional, gave us a fair estimate and everything is running smoothly. We will definitely use their service again if needed and ask for the same knowledgeable man. He deserves a raise.
This was a mixed bag for me. The technician was all the things you would want in a plumber: respectful, knowledgeable, accommodating but the finished product wasn't what I expected. I needed a new kitchen faucet, which he had to order. I assumed he would order a similar/comparable faucet. It wasn't until he had spent 1 1/2 hours installing the new faucet that I realized it wasn't at all the same. Called Cummings on Monday . ******* arrived a little early for 10am appointment. Did the work in 1.5 hrs and did a magnificent job! Would highly reccomed Cummings for all you plumbing needs.
