They provided excellent service including describing heating and cooling system options and offering insights and advice.
Had what seemed to be a simple issue with bathtub faucet. Other plumbers had no solution. *** came in with a temporary (free) solution and informed me of the complex nature of the issue. He described in full detail and explained in a way I could comprehend. 100% positive experience for a very negative situation.
Cummings was on time and reasonably priced. They were easy to work with.

Trying to get return phone calls from Cummings has been terrible. It took many calls to them until I finally got a return phone call. I received a quote that only had a price for the work requested with no details at all as to what I was paying for. I made many more calls and finally got to talk with the person who came out to look at the work and asked for a detailed estimate. The response was a curt, "Fine" and a hang up.
