After we discussed my concerns, I also inquired about another one regarding water pressure in a shower. ******* gave me a few recommendations as to what I could do regarding the shower head without involving major plumbing work. He described in full detail and explained in a way I could comprehend. 100% positive experience for a very negative situation.
