*******was very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Our garbage disposal was replaced and it was done quickly and efficiently. *******also had an apprentice with him and he was also very friendly and helped with the installation. The person who came out did something and got caught Cummings sent him back to put it back the the way it was and now it is working great. Cummings AC needs to watch there personal better.
I hired them to replace "all" the galvanized pipe in my house with pex pipe and to install a new water heater. They cut many corners and damaged my AC unit without notifying me. They charged $600 to remove it from a utility room so they could install a "new" water heater that was all dinted up. They cut and spliced the AC power cord and taped it up then tried to hide it behind the cover. A no-no that avoids the unit's warranty. We had a problem. A copper water pipe in the concrete floor broke and made wet concrete and mil dewed carpet in our living room. It apparently had been leaking for a while. We called the regular plumber who came immediately. He jack hammered the concrete floor and found the leak. Next morning, we called his boss who came and made an estimate for re-piping our entire house. When we received the estimate we decided to call Cummings.
