They were great. The appointment was next day. The plumber arrived within the 2-hour window. I got an email saying he was on the way. I got a discount for being a senior. The repair was completed during the visit. All is good.

Pipe leak started right before Christmas. Cummings worked with us through the holidays so that we could stay in our home and have some facilities working. All issues were addressed as well as some extras that we requested to be included. Team manager was always very responsive.

I had a leak behind my refrigerator and dishwasher which happened on Christmas Day. I called Cummings Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Jason arrived promptly at 8:00 am. Diagnosed the problem and replaced 1 foot of Polybutylene pipe with PEX. My house was 25 years old. He told me 1995 was the last year it was permitted before they took it off the market and banned Polybutylene pipe. My house was built in 1995, the last year it was used. We recently had a blocked sewer line. The discharge from the clothes washing machine was making a small flood in our garage. I called a plumbing company, that said we would have to wait for 3 or 4 DAYS. So I called Cummings Plumbing. The office staff was very efficient. We would have to wait for 3 or 4 HOURS and if she got a free service person, they would be here sooner. She mentioned their $99.00 price to clear any drain. I think that her name was Sue. William Patterson reviewed our plans to install a gas line to proposed fireplace and cooktop. He discussed the several options for how it would be done and answered all our questions. William obviously has considerable experience in this area and provided us with a quote for the proposed work. We were very pleased with the quick and professional response from this company.

Very pleased (as usual) with the work from Cummings Plumbing. Water heater broke and they were able to send someone Jason out within a few hours to replace it and haul the old one away. Have always been pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of their workers.

Josh from Cummings Plumbing cleared a blocked kitchen drain for us. He did a great job, taking the time and effort to do the job right and explaining things along the way. Both he and Vicky (in the office) were very good in keeping us informed about when the work would start. In light of the busy times after Thanksgiving I thought that they went out of their way to get our drain working again. They were a pleasure to deal with.
