This was my first time experience with Cummings Plumbing. Looking to have a mini-split system installed. Dealt with Vicky in the office and John T., the service tech at my house. Vicky was professional, prompt, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Could not have asked for a better 1st impression. John actually called me about two hours before scheduled appointment time, said he was free and offered to come by early, showed up within 10 minutes. Cummings Plumbing is a true go to for electrical, plumbing and cooler repair. They are outstanding with their customer service. Called to have a technician come and repair our cooler and they set the appointment for the next day in the evening. They called early the next day and said would be able to come during the 2-4 pm window, we accepted the change.
