Very bad after sales service and duty of care towards a paying customer. Cummings and Gray installed a new heating system 4 years ago. This was good.The boiler has developed a fault and they refuse to repair the boiler or the heating system because my landlord's gas safety inspections were not done by them.
As part of Edinburgh Council’s ‘Trusted Trader’ scheme, I looked into finding a good heating and plumbing company. While there are many listings, Cummings and Gray stood out. This was not only because of their description on Edinburgh council’s website (edinburgh.gov.uk/trustedtrader) but because their own website was very informative and up-to-date.
