So… we contacted Julie on a Friday afternoon at short notice to view a property. She contacted Jodie who changed her movements to show us the property the following day. Jodie told us everything we needed to know about the property. We then made an offer to Sarah who was excellent and after a price adjustment, a fair deal done in less than 72 hours.
